So.... I missed ladies night out to go and see Twilight on Friday. I had a terrible headache since Wednesday and felt bad ducking out since I figured that I would have to go and see it on my own. Well, Saturday I was totally out of sorts and Lewis, being the sweetie that he is, got a sitter and took me to dinner and a movie, of my choice. I picked Twilight and he even liked it. I think it was pretty good, but to be honest I felt a little silly watching it. The entire theatre filled with silly giggling girls made me feel like I sitting in the high school gym waiting for the assembly to start. It was a very "tween" movie and good, but I totally loved the books more.

Hello World
I have always thought that it is odd that a technician can tell all the parts of your baby from the black and white fuzz on the screen. But Little Girl Taylor waved to Mommy and Daddy Tuesday, and now the rest of the world. I love how you can count each little finger.

Drum roll please...
After an intense hour of crazy bladder pressure, and other not so happy proddings, we have the answer to the age old question, "What are you having?"
It's a Girl!!!
She looks really healthy and I will go back for a repeat so that they can get a good shot of her face closer to Christmas (the doctor's do some important kind of measurements off that, and little girl would not have her picture taken).

How Much Can One Family Cram Into One Day?
Well today started at about 9am and went till now (about 8:30pm). This morning Lewis and the girls went to clean the chapel and Mom, Austin and I went to take pics of the leaves and go to a very sad craft fair.
Here are a few favorites from the nature pics.
Then we went to Cost-Co and then off to Austin's Championship game! It was an amazing game where the Sidewinders are the Single A Fall Champions!!!
The end score was 13-3.
Austin was the catcher the last inning.
This is not a great picture but here we are in our glory! The coaches too which included me since I was the team Mom, and score keeper.
Austin getting his trophy from his coach. Even Lewis and I got trophies (they are piggie banks).
When we got home the kids and Lewis got a start on our leaves. The kids had a blast playing in the leaves.
This is the tree in our backyard.
From there we went to Ashley's last cheer and they cheered on at the football championship. Her team came in second but they cheered great!

Welcome November
I don't think that I have ever seen such beautiful colors in the trees before. NM has the yellows and golds, but VA has the oranges and reds. I haven't ever really been a "take pictures of leaves" type of girl but I couldn't help myself today.
I took both of these in the parking lot where Ashley cheered today. We actually parked under this red one. I just wanted to dig it up and plant it in my family room.
So how did we spend the 1st of November? Well I had a haircut this morning and then Austin had his first tournament game at 11; they won 8 to3!! And then Ashley cheered at a football tournament game this afternoon and her team won 6 to nothing. So I think that we will have a few more games to go to till our seasons are over.
Ash at half time.

Katie made friends with the little girl whose mother was running the face painting booth and she ended up with butterflies on her cheeks.
Love to all and don't forget to turn your clocks back an hour before you go to bed, yippee!!
